Download the four documents listed under the “Downloads” link at the very top of this page.

Step 2

Read the Information Document and share it with your parents.

Step 4

Have a parent sign the Consent Forms.

Step 5

1) Dues for each year are $30, preferably by check payable to “Piedmont Community Service Crew”. Send this in.

Make donations (generally tax deductible) of $100 or any other amount you’re comfortable with to:

2) “Rebuilding Together Oakland” (note “Piedmont Community Service Crew”)
and

3) “Piedmont BSA/FOS” (note “Crew 22″)
You may send these via the Crew Treasurer.
