Step 3

Fill out the BSA Youth Application (you only need to print pages 5 & 7 to save paper) and the BSA medical part A&B forms.
Step 5
1) Dues for each year are $30, preferably by check payable to “Piedmont Community Service Crew”. Send this in.
Make donations (generally tax deductible) of $100 or any other amount you’re comfortable with to:
2) “Rebuilding Together Oakland” (note “Piedmont Community Service Crew”)
and
3) “Piedmont BSA/FOS” (note “Crew 22″)
You may send these via the Crew Treasurer.
Step 6
Deliver the forms and check to our crew treasurer and pick up your crew t-shirt at the same time!
